We believe you should never have to wonder whether a purchase was worth it. If your Lom Thai product doesn't meet your expectations for any reason, reach out to us within 30 days of delivery. We will issue a full refund to your original payment method — no return shipping required, no restocking fees, no questions asked.
We can offer this because fewer than 3% of customers ever request a refund.
1-YEAR QUALITY PROMISE
Every Lom Thai product is crafted to last. If your herbal stick loses its potency within 12 months of purchase, we will replace it at no charge. Simply contact our team — no receipt or proof of purchase required.
DAMAGED OR INCORRECT ORDERS
In the rare event that your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please email us a photo within 7 days of delivery. We will ship a replacement immediately at no cost to you. There is no need to return the original item.
