SHIPPING POLICY

At Lom Thai, we believe great products deserve great delivery. Every order ships free, fast, and with care — because the experience should feel as good as the product itself.
FREE SHIPPING ON EVERY ORDER
We offer complimentary standard shipping on all orders, regardless of size. No minimum purchase required. No hidden fees at checkout. The price you see is the price you pay.
ORDER PROCESSING
All orders are processed and dispatched within 24 hours of placement, excluding weekends and major holidays. You will receive a confirmation email with tracking information once your order has shipped.
If you place an order on a weekend or holiday, it will be processed on the next business day.
DOMESTIC SHIPPING (UNITED STATES)
Estimated delivery: 3-5 business days from dispatch.
All US orders are shipped via USPS or UPS, depending on your location and order size. Tracking is included with every shipment.
INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING (EU & WORLDWIDE)
Estimated delivery: 5-10 business days from dispatch.
International orders ship free via standard international mail. Please note that delivery timelines may vary depending on your country's customs processing. Lom Thai is not responsible for customs duties, import taxes, or fees imposed by your local government — these charges, if applicable, are the responsibility of the recipient.
ORDER TRACKING
Every order includes a tracking number, sent to your email once your package has been dispatched. You can use this number to monitor your shipment's progress directly through the carrier's website.
If you have not received tracking information within 48 hours of placing your order, please check your spam folder first, then contact us at support@lomthai.com.
SHIPPING DELAYS
While we do everything in our power to ensure timely delivery, occasional delays may occur due to carrier disruptions, severe weather, customs processing, or other circumstances beyond our control. Delivery timelines are estimates, not guarantees.
If your order is significantly delayed beyond the estimated window, please reach out to us and we will investigate immediately.
LOST OR MISSING PACKAGES
If your tracking shows "delivered" but you have not received your package, we recommend:
- Checking with household members or neighbors
- Looking in any secondary delivery locations (mailroom, porch, side entrance)
- Allowing 24-48 hours, as carriers occasionally mark packages delivered before final drop-off
If your package still has not arrived after 48 hours, contact us at support@lomthai.com. We will work with the carrier to locate your order or ship a replacement at no cost to you.
DAMAGED SHIPMENTS
If your order arrives damaged, please email us a photo at support@lomthai.com within 7 days of delivery. We will send a replacement immediately — no need to return the damaged item.
ADDRESS ACCURACY
Please ensure your shipping address is complete and accurate at the time of purchase. Lom Thai is not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect or incomplete addresses provided by the customer. If you notice an error after placing your order, contact us immediately at support@lomthai.com and we will do our best to update it before dispatch.
